"I cannot recommend Chris Murphy more highly. He will not only give you a great workout but also will teach you all aspects of the workout so you can evolve to workout safer on your own. I am a completely different person from who I was when we started working together 9 months ago. If you're a beginner looking to get into fitness he will be a great fit, or if you're an advanced lifter I guarantee he will be able to teach you something new. Whether you are looking for a trainer who will transform your view of fitness and fitness goals, or if you just want to get in better shape, Chris will do all that and more. It will require work on your part, but if you are willing to take on the challenge it is an awesome ride!"

"Chris is an excellent trainer. I went from not being able to squat correctly when I began training with him to deadlifting after about two months of training and practice. He is patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. He communicated very well with me the entire time he trained me, and he always responded to my questions in a timely manner outside of my training sessions with him. He is outgoing, personable, and understanding. Chris and I worked extremely hard while he was training me, but we also had fun. I learned so much from him that I will use for the rest of my life, and I’m extremely grateful that he took me on as his client because training with him changed my life. Chris could definitely do the same for you."

"When I first met Chris, he was the guy at the gym that made himself easily approachable. Gave us tips on our form, small talk, and went about his business. When I received the opportunity to train with him not only did I learn a lot, but I also met a likewise individual with a lot in common. He's knowledgeable and breaks down why we're doing what we are doing on a physiological level. He clearly cares about his clients as long as you are willing to take it serious on your end of the deal. If you go in and tell him you want to work legs then you better expect to barely be able to walk after. Overall great dude and I plan on continuing my support for him in the future"
